<span style=3D'font-size:13.5pt'>Technique to Promote
Meditation

Meditation is an easy word to describe but a very hard technique to
perform. There are subliminal tapes, the candle focus, and some even =
just
hum. Do you lay down, sit up? I have=
not always
been able to meditate like I wanted to. One night I was just falling
asleep and I channeled information. For a brief 5 seconds my brain se=
emed
to explode with information. I did not understand what was happening =
or
what it was I was seeing behind my eyelids, but I wrote it down that
moment. It was information that I felt I was receiving from someone e=
lse
or from somewhere else.
I lay there still and watched colors and sparkles and lines flip and
flow inside my eyelids. Maybe it was my third eye just looking ahead =
at
that blank chalkboard I am always trying to picture when I try to clear my =
mind
while meditation. Only there was no way for me to clear this board of=
the
colors. At the same time I was beginning to understand the flow of st=
eps
that were being taken, the more I let the visions flow the more I gained a
sense of understanding. Step on involved just making a flow of
kaleidoscope movements with colors. The second was a thought process =
to
still the action and focus on receiving the information. Third was
accepting messages while relaxing your mind and body. Once still the
forth step just flew open the door into deep visualizations with solid
messages. All 5 senses were brought to the surface as the steps
progressed.

<span style=3D'font-size:10.5pt'> </sp=
an>

<span style=3D'font-size:10.5pt'>The next morning as I=
was
reviewing my scribbles... I was surprised to see what I had
written. Half asleep I had managed to write down a complete mini manu=
al
to accomplish the beginning aspects of meditation. Some might feel th=
is
is to analytical. To many this is a natural step. Yet others st=
ate
this same information is a different way. That seems to be true of mo=
st
things in the New Age world. Let’s see, how many words are there
for Psychic? There is ESP, clairvoyance, 6th sense, third eye, intuition,
insight, perception, instinct, and so on. It is the same way when
thinking of Meditation. There are many techniques to get you into a
meditative state; this process is the visualization preparing steps.
These steps are always done while your eyes are closed. In addition to
this technique you can still involve whatever physical techniques you want
to. If you lay down you can do these steps, if you listen to music you
can to these steps, they work all the time.
The movement of light and color is done with a moment of thought not=
the
physical eyes. It is also always important to remain in a positive fr=
ame
of mind. Make the motions positive with good and appropriate
colors. If your are meditating on a specif=
ic
subject try to approach it with a positive attitude. The colors will
blend together to make pictures more clear. Almos=
t like
you can watch TV behind the lids. ( I kno=
w some
kids who wish they could do that all day.) Make sure that you are
comfortable and that you take some cleansing breaths. Taking a few de=
ep
breaths before beginning your meditation process really helps the mind to
focus. Then pill it all together. Focus the positive thoughts i=
nto
flowing energy that comes to a still picture of thought that you will be ab=
le
to clearly understand.
Step One: Close your eyes and focus on nothing. Clear the
mind. Begin to think about colors. Make these colors move and f=
orm
a kaleidoscoping pattern. Colorful sparkl=
es and
swirls overpower as you let your eyes relax. (This is the same kids of
effect that you would see if you were to carefully rub your eyes a but hard but I do not advise doing that.) Once=
you
have that done, try to focus and still the pattern.
Step Two: Still the Motion into a star effect. As if you
were looking up at a night sky filled with the most colorful stars. L=
et
the shape change but when it starts to move again still it and focus on the
picture. There is often clouded color shapes</spa=
n>
also. This is just a way for the third eye to exercise communication =
with
your mind. Recognize if any of your senses start to initiate
information. May you will sense a smell or taste. Your senses w=
ork
together when you visualize. Not all senses come though at once but
sometimes they do. The more senses involved the more intense the medi=
tation
process with be.
Step Three” Start to relax yo=
ur
body. Either do this on your own or with the guidance of a meditation
leader or tape etc. The most important thing is that you become
comfortable sot hat you can focus your energy on receiving information.&nbs=
p;
These colors and stars will quickly turn into letters and numbers, and look
like pictures. Having done this you will have beaten through the walls
into the visualization that so many people have a hard time doing.
Step Four: In a way you are still seeing steps 1,2
and 3 when you reach this last step. The 4th is an open door of
information. Here you can have deep visualizations, receive messages =
and
explore. Once you have completed these steps you will realizw
how much more powerful your Past Live Regressions can be. Maybe you h=
ave
a desire to talk to angels or travel a path to meet your animal guide.&nbsp=
; If
you are meditation on an important life decision or need just a little help,
these steps have helped many to achieve a more positive and understandable
meditation experience. ©
